DSCR, known as Debt Service Coverage Ratio means your loan is qualified based on the cashflow / market rents of the subject property. No income docs are required.
In addition to our commercial loan products, we also offer residential loan products such as, Conventional, FHA, USDA, and NON-QM loans.
This business owned program allows business owners to increase the loan to recapture the escrow and fees with no payments for 3.5yrs. A UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) lien is placed on the business if the loan defaults for 180 days; subsequently the lender then becomes part of the business until the borrower recoups their loan. All borrowers are required to provide proof of 5 months of their business banking statements to substantiate the I/O payment is flowing through the business. Once 3yrs 6 months has concluded, the borrower will begin making their I/O payment.
